About Michael
Michael Condren, CPCC
I’ve always been animated by the questions: What’s really going on here? How could this be done differently and better? These questions and curiosity have led me down a challenging and rewarding career path, and through many powerful and transformative life experiences.
Before becoming a certified coach, I had a successful career in communications as an employee of Fortune 500 companies and an entrepreneur. I worked on major IT accounts as an advertising and marketing copywriter. As director of internet marketing and strategic development for one of New York City’s largest corporations, I produced and managed several web sites.
I have solid experience solving challenges and producing results in a variety of organizations in the US and Europe, among both leaders and team members. This experience has honed my skills in communications, strategic analysis, project development and management. I’ve learned how to ask the right questions, and turn ideas into realities.
I’ve lived my life navigating within and between different cultures, and the external observer’s fresh perspective and insights come naturally to me. My childhood was spent in New York City, high school and college in Ireland, and I worked in Paris for six years after graduating from university. I moved to San Francisco several years ago after periods in Los Angeles and New York.
I bring to my coaching a knowledge of the worlds of business, technology and creative expression; and a dedication to providing my clients with insight, support and challenges to enable their success and fulfillment.
